Being Green

Yesterday I celebrated St. Patrick's Day with gusto for the first time in years. I even dyed my vino neon green. I have spent a lot of time making fun of people who buy into holidays. Well, I still will never go in for buying a bunch of things for it, but if it's about food and friends and making everything look green just for the hell of it... I think that's what these arbitrary holidays are meant to be.
